Anyone ought to be able to sell any kind of gun they choose, anywhere they want. Anyone who chooses to, young, old, male, female, black, white, or green, or any shade between, ought to be able to walk into any store selling guns, pick one out, purchase it with the appropriate ammunition, load it, put in their pocket and walk out, no questions asked.
To the extent that idea frightens you, the anti-gun terrorists have won.

1) Everything that they possess now belongs to me.
2) I get to shoot them back, and the choice as to what part of their body gets shot is mine alone: could be kneecap, could be groin, could be head...
Ah, yes, and I would thus consider each weapon an extension of the person who owns it. If I were to be shot by "Person A" with a weapon belonging to "Person B," then I think that "Person B" shouldn't be allowed to keep weapons any more because he/she has insufficient control over said weapons.
With great power comes great responsibility, and thus should follow great punishment for misuse of said power.
