I have always enjoyed your commentary and thoughts. I have ... admired your deeds as a businessman and a freedom activist
You are the real deal.
Cyberspace doesn't matter. But the people on the other side of the computers do.
Our society may be going to a bad place but you have shown me that it's possible to carve your own place in it regardless.
Your example is one of the factors that I considered when decided to make a change in my own life.
So maybe you didn't stop all of civilization from going over a cliff. You made a big difference to me personally. I hope that counts for something.
Because after all, individuals and the individuals in our lives are all that matter, really.
